Service of Process
Service of process is placed in the field, with registered process servers, within 24 hours of pick-up.
Rush services are attempted on the same day received by our office, and everyday thereafter until the assignment is completed, or canceled by your office. Non-rush services are attempted within 48 hours of pick-up and attempted as many times as necessary (within reason), to complete the assignment, or until cancelled by your office.
Superior Attorney Service is also able to provide Service of Process of Writ of Attachments.
